Hydro-Health, set in the tranquil Staffordshire countryside, is a private hydro pool, health and well-being centre.

The aquatic bodywork clinic has been in business for over 20 years and offers water therapy treatments including Ai Chi, AquaFit, private swimming instruction, Jetting hydro-exercises, mother and baby swimming and specialises in full body therapeutic Watsu® experiences.

The private practice consists of a cosy pool with a temperature of 34 degrees and a depth of 1.2m offering a completely safe environment, and a relaxation cabin; the Watsit room where clients can enjoy refreshments and chill out before or after treatments and sessions and collect their thoughts.

Our Facilities:

Hydro-Health Building and Formal Gardens Our Swimming Instruction and Warm Water Therapies take place in a private indoor pool situated within the midst of the Staffordshire countryside. The building and its extensive formal gardens help create an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity thereby escaping from the hustle, bustle and stresses of daily life.

Hydro-Health is conveniently situated within easy access, just 15 minutes from junction 13 of the M6 by car or 15 minutes from Stafford train station by taxi. A local helipad is available with prior request.

Dawn Watts, your Advanced Watsu Practitioner/ Instructor:

Dawn Watts, proprietor and Watsu® practitioner, has specialised in Watsu for almost 10 years, is a fully trained S.T.A. and A.S.A. swimming instructor since 1987, AquaFit since 1991 and Ai Chi since 2000. Fully qualified in practicing the Shaw Method using the principles of the Alexander Technique, the Hydro-Health centre has been audited and accepted on the NHS register as a recommended therapist practice.

Dawn, as a Watsu practitioner, is recognised by the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association (WABA, has trained with the Watsu founder himself, Harold Dull, and regularly assists in instructing beginners and the continued development of Watsu practitioners.
