Dawn Watts has been qualified with the A.S.A. and S.T.A. as a swimming teacher since 1987 along with her AquaFit instructor certificate since 1991 and is a member of the Institute of Swimming Teachers and Coaches.

Dawn is also qualified as a Shaw Method teacher through the Aqua Development and Health Diploma applying the principals of the Alexander Technique to swimming. Dawn was trained by Steven and Limor Shaw, the founders of the Shaw Method and acknowledged in their book "The Art of Swimming".

In the year 2000 Dawn became a qualified Ai Chi instructor, trained by Mayumi Yano from Japan an instructor of the Aqua Dynamic Institute.

She has undertaken 4 years international WATSU training with the WATSU founder Harold Dull and Linda De Lehmen the European Instructor/co-ordinator. Dawn is presently one of only three qualified UK WATSU Practitioners registered with the World Wide Aquatic Bodywork Association.

With Dawn's experience in swimming instruction and expertees in other aquatic fields, your teaching or therapy programme can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

Our Facilities:

Hydro-Health Building and Formal Gardens Our Swimming Instruction and Warm Water Therapies take place in a private indoor pool situated within the midst of the Staffordshire countryside. The building and its extensive formal gardens help create an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity thereby escaping from the hustle, bustle and stresses of daily life.

We are conveniently situated 5 miles from junction 13 of the M6 motorway. Approximately 1 hour drive from Birmingham, Manchester and East Midlands airports. The closest mainline railway station is Stafford which is a 15 minute taxi drive away.
