Welcome:

Hydro-Health provides specialist swimming instruction, warm water therapies and fitness classes.

All tuition & therapy is provided by a fully qualified instructor / practitioner at a private indoor swimming facility located in the Staffordshire countryside.

Specialised One to One
   Swimming Lessons:

Our A.S.A, S.T.A and Shaw Method instructor applies the health benefits associated with the principles of the Alexander Technique, in providing one to one tuition to beginners and dedicated swimmers.

Warm Water Therapy:

WATSU a form of holistic aquatic bodywork, akin to Hydro-Therapy, used to relieve the tension which causes stress, a factor in many common health problems.

Ai Chi is a relaxation process which strengthens the mind and body connection through a series of gentle movements that exercise the body helping to promote good health.

Fitness through AquaFit:

Great for the self conscious; swimmers and non swimmers alike. Sessions can be adapted to suit those who are looking for light exercise or who really want to work their body.
